E-Bike Safety Gear
Safety first, protecting our customers is our first concern. We would like to remind you to always wear and practice safety first. We offer many items for safe, daytime or nighttime riding on roadways, trails, campgrounds or even off-roading. Check out our large selection of reflective safety vests, our many lighting options, goggles, safety glasses & Helmets to match your needs with features such as open ear Bluetooth connectivity that allow you to safely take phone calls or communicate freely with your riding partner(s) while still being aware of your surroundings. The ability to connect with each other greatly enhances your riding experience while also offering you the ability to alert each other of potential obstacles, oncoming traffic, etc. without shouting or riding too closely
Service Center
We have many customers who depend on our bikes for work and play. We strive to provide quality service with a reasonable lead time. We are usually able to give same day service for some small things such as a flat tire, etc. We have most commonly used parts in stock for a short turnaround time. We are able to service many different brands of E-bikes, however during peak riding season we reserve the right to refuse service to outside brands. We prefer to only do routine maintenance such as flat tires,etc. on E Bikes purchased from competitors or online vendors such as Amazon ,EBay, Large Box Stores, etc. as they are harder for us to source parts for and take a lot of research time for our team that could be better utilized to shorten lead times for our loyal customers who need service on brands we carry,have parts for and are familiar with.
E-Bike Transport Solutions
E-Bikes are generally heavier than regular bikes and require more heavy duty transportation solutions. Browse our selection of popular E Bike compatible racks and trailers to fit your needs. Pro Tip: Removing your battery before transport removes extra weight for less stress on your rack and also your back when loading and unloading . It also protects your battery from excessive vibration, rain or the risk of becoming dislodged during transport.
E-Bike Tires
E-bikes are heavier and travel faster than standard bikes so they need stronger well built tires. We also offer heavy duty Thorn Resistant Tubes to keep you on the trail longer.
E-bike Batteries
We try to have replacement or additional batteries on hand for all the brands we sell. We feel very honored to be the first to offer you the most advanced wire bonded ebike battery pack available on the entire planet. We will be adding more models as they become available. E-bike Security
We recommend you keep your E bike secured against theft and unauthorized riding. Browse our selection of E-bike combination and keyed locks. We also offer loud Ebike alarms that sound when the bike is moved. Ebikes have serial numbers but no VIN numbers. We have found a company to help you obtain Ebike insurance if needed.
E-Trikes
Buckeye Custom E-bikes is your headquarters for several custom built E-trikes with Mr Cruiser 52 E-bike Kits as well as a new for 2024 rear hub drive e-trike with rear differential from Denago. Also electric rickshaws and electric trikes with rear differentials from Oh Wow Cycles.
Custom Builds
We offer the MR Cruiser52 Ebike kit in many different size front and rear hub wheels for installation on either our or your regular bikes and trikes.Please note that we will not install these on bikes with a tire width of less than 35 or 1 1/2”. Not all bikes are suitable for conversion. Browse our selection of popular non electric bike models used for conversions. Note: There will be an additional installation fee on all Custom Build Ebike or E Trikes.
